I would like to see them live, but the closest they come to here is Chicago.. and I can't exactly take a couple days off of work to go see them. I'd like to see Belphegor, too, and I've heard excellent things about The Absence.

That one guy, have you heard of a band named Watain? If you are a black metal fan, I think you would like them.

No problem. If you do a myspace search for Watain, you can check them out for free as they have lots of songs on their page and you can get a real good feel for them. They are Swedish and Spiritual Black Metal. One of the greatest gems of the genre!

Disney owns house of blues. They didn't like the "undesirable people" that metal concerts were bringing into HoB, and they weren't too fond of Machine Head's and other metal bands' government/religion-bashing lyrics.

Hm, it said something about moderating my post I attempted to make earlier for spam, so if another post pretty much like this pops up later from me, sorry.

Kalis, Disney owns House of Blues, and they didn't like the "undesirable fans" that metal bands were bringing in to their venue, and they weren't too fond of the bands', Machine Head in particular, government/religion bashing lyrics. They did the same thing to that Metal Blade tour with Cannibal Corpse and The Black Dahlia Murder.
