Kunvuk Parts Ways With Drummer Felipe Cordoba, Seeks Replacement
Australian-based technical groove metal band Kunvuk has parted ways with drummer Felipe Cordoba and is currently seeking a replacement.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the departure of Felipe Cordoba from Kunvuk. He was unable to continue in the band due to his family commitments and his desire to follow a career in film. We wish him all the best for the future.
"So now we need a new drummer! All applicants can contact us via our website or through our myspace page. We will be holding rehearsals soon and relish the challenge of bringing you a larger, uglier and more insane version of Kunvuk in the coming months. Stay focused.”
Kunvuk recently been announced to perform at this year’s Sydney Dime Show which is held each year to celebrate the late great metal guitarist Dimebag Darrell, who was tragically killed on stage in 2004. For more information visit www.kunvuk.com and myspace.com/sydneydimeshow.
