The only time I saw Municipal Waste was on tour with GWAR, and sadly, they were close to being better! If it weren't for the fake blood and all that, of course. So apologies, that was my only comparison as far as the humor and the heaviness. Unless you'd rather I cite SOD. But Municipal Waste is nowhere as badass as SOD is.
