Danzig Announces Tour With Dimmu Borgir

Danzig will embark on their "Blackest of the Black" tour this summer and joining them will be Dimmu Borgir, Moonspell, Skeletonwitch and Winds Of Plague. The tour is set to go all over the United States and will venture into Canada aswell. Stay tuned for tour dates and more information.

I saw Dimmu at "Legion of the Chosen Few" or (whatever it was called lol) playing with Behemoth. It was awesome! I would definitely see them again, and I would be excited to see Danzig play - I havent seen him live before.

I wish Danzig would get John Christ back on guitars, but that probably will never happen. I think if Danzig could get a desent guitar player again he could "turn the ship around" as they say. That or an original Misfits reunion would be kinda neat. Danzig has always been one of my favorite vocalists, I just think he could do better than the musicians he has had on the last few albums. Just a thought...Zakk Wylde and Danzig. Now that would be intresting to me. LOL. BLEED BLACK LABEL!!!

Danzig seemed to let up on the touring in the last couple years, which is the reasoning for my comment. But he's been assembling decent lineups that would seem to be able to sell out decent sized clubs too, so it'd be nice to see this become a staple tour. As to the time of year, if I recall correctly, these tour usually start in the fall like Sept/Oct. But I have not seen anything official either way myself.
