Slipknot, Machine Head And Children Of Bodom To Tour Europe?

A Machine Head fansite has said that Slipknot, Machine Head and Children Of Bodom will play a show together in Paris this November (21st to be exact). The details can be found below.

Date : November 21, 2008 (Doors: 7.30pm)
Venue: Zenith de Paris - Paris, France
Capacity: 6,300
Tickets : 44 €

Rumours are flying as to whether this is just a one off show or part of a full European tour. Stay tuned for updates.

It won't come to the US because nobody here wants to touch something that isn't A) a festival or B) Metallica, and unfortunately, both of those options are all wrapped up in one this summer. I wish I could see this tour, as well, but I can't blame them. Europe's become a little more of a hotbed for heavy metal, especially since nothing but Ozzfest flies over here, and that's in the sh**ter this year, as well. Along with Warped Tour and Lollapaloolaalaala.

i could easily ask for more, i hope slipknot is the opener but becasue they have not played in so long i think that they are going to be the headliners...it is just a wierd show all together even if it isnt a full flegde tour...and mung i know there are better tours than this easily but it is a decent lineup hopefully something like that comes to the states...

fair enuf Slipknot has a large following of poser rejects but that isn't their fault. They make decent music and if u dont like it y do u feel the need to piss off their real fans. Their live shows are insane and thats wat really counts. Also mallcore kids + mosh pits = fun. Dey cry so much. And hell yeh Machinehead and COB are gonna kick ass!!! Haven't got Blooddrunk yet but all the other albums are amazing. And the Blackening- F*ckin genius. Kalis_wrath is right when he says mis-matched but that jst means more variety. These are three of my favourite bands and if they do a proper uk tour it'll make my year. And any hope of a Lamb of God tour?
