Meltdown Checks In From the Recording Studio

Los Angeles, California-based thrashers MELTDOWN have entered Stage One Studios in Germany with producer Andy Classen (LEGION OF THE DAMNED, DEW-SCENTED, NEAERA, BELPHEGOR, ASPHYX) to begin recording their debut album, "Executioner", for an August release via Nuclear Blast Records.

Commented guitarist/vocalist Dan Wetmore: "Right now Adam [Haritan] is finishing up drum tracks and we're hoping to start recording rhythm as soon as possible! It's great to be working with someone like Andy Classen who has experience in recording metal. So far everything is sounding really brutal. When we're not pumping out tracks, we're fucking around and gorging ourselves on bier and nutella. Being in Germany kicks ass!"
