Amy Lee Says She's Not Working With Metallica

EVANESCENCE singer Amy Lee has shot down rumors that she will be collaborating with METALLICA on a song for the legendary heavy metal band's forthcoming ninth studio album, tentatively due this fall.
A couple of unsubstantiated reports involving Lee and METALLICA have been making the rounds on the Internet, including that she will appear on a new version of the band's classic track "Fade to Black" and that she will be featured on a brand new METALLICA song called "Last Life". However, according to Amy, neither one of them holds any water.
"I am NOT going to be collaborating with METALICA," Lee wrote in an online posting. "I have absolutely no idea where this rumor came from, but it is not true."

Go ahead, Amy...do it. I gave up on Metallica durring the Saint Anger album anyway. Load was the last FORGIVABLE album Metallica put out. Let's not forget the whining of that documentary "Some kind of Monster". More like some kind of Pansy. Put another bullet in them, Amy. They up and died on their REAL FANS years ago.

It seems like no one can think for themselves anymore..a shame isn't it? To have so many people dislike this woman for doing what? Making music? For not doing needless stupidities in public, a la Britney Spears and Paris Hilton?
I guess I don't understand. How sad. Argue about something else...please...
If any of you would actually listen to *any* of their albums from start to finish you would see that the f***ing idiot who makes an appearance on "Bring Me To Life" isn't actually anywhere to be heard. I mean, unless Evanescence has another album I don't know about.

Evanescence blow. I've heard two of their albums a few times, and they've got sh** going for them. Maybe they'd be good if they were trying to be metal, but as it is? Not for me. I mean, I don't even like Nightwish...
On the other hand, Amy Lee does the 'goth/emo' type look the way I like... it's not overdone, it's not completely black ALL the time, it's a little mysterious, a little reclusive, a little disobedient, but not to the point of saying "I'm not worth talking to". Isn't she like, a mad hardcore christian, though? ewww....
