The Ocean Seek Live Cello And/Or Viola Player

Berlin, Germany's THE OCEAN have issued the following update:

"We are looking for a long-term live cello player for upcoming tours in Europe and the US and possible future recording sessions."

"What we're looking for is a skilled musician with good intonation; someone who can read sheet music and has classical training but also the rock / metal background and understanding that is inevitable in order to enjoy long tours and life on the road - ideally, someone who can play both cello and viola and switch between these instruments."

"As much as we love acoustic instruments, our past experiences have taught us that in a live environment the only thing that works is an E-cello."

"If you're interested or know anyone who might be, please write an email to info@theoceancollective.com ."

The Ocean's latest release, Precambrian, is available now via Metal Blade Records.
