The Pulse of Radio reports: KORN singer Jonathan Davis will draw from a wide variety of material for his upcoming solo tour, according to sources close to the band. The show's tentative set list includes a number of selections that Davis composed for the soundtrack of the movie "Queen of the Damned", along with obscure KORN tracks and selected cover tunes. Many of the songs have never been performed live before. Davis will take out a five-piece band that includes KORN tech Shane Gibson on guitar and the band's touring keyboardist, Zac Baird.
The tour kicks off on Friday (November 9) in Hartford, Connecticut.
Davis plans to record a live CD/DVD at a private show for friends and family on Thursday night (November 8). Tracks from the set may reportedly make their way online this weekend, and the set itself will be available for fans to buy at the shows.
The 23-show run ends in mid-December. KORN will take the holidays off and then head to Europe in early 2008 as the band continues to support this year's untitled eighth album.
Davis' reported set list is:
System
Last Legal Drug
4U
Hey Daddy
Forsaken
Dirty
Alone I Break
Slept So Long
Love on the Rocks
Hushabye
Kick the P.A.
Not Meant for Me
Hold On

Redeemer
Got the Life

Shane Gibson was not Korn's guitar tech - he was the touring guitarist behind Munky for the last week of the Korn tour. Also the author missed the most radical bit of news - accompanying JD will be Shenkar on double violin and vocals. That guy is a straight-up legend. Killer band all the way round.

idk i loved koRns old albums but syotos and there new untitled album really sucked in my opinion i mean there were some good songs on them but it seams like they lost the gritty angry vocals and since head left there guitar hasnt really risen to the occasion

the last song is actually "falling away from me" and not "blind"
