Former DECAPITATED bassist Marcin "Martin" Rygiel has released the following statement:

"As many of you know, there was bad accident in Russia yesterday. I wasn't there. I'm not in the band anymore since I'm expecting a baby and I've decided to move to California."

"To all the people that I'm getting emails from: Vitek [real name: Witold Kieltykaand; drums] and Covan [real name: Adrian Kowanek; vocals] were injured really bad and their families are on their way to Russia."

"To keep up to date on this incident please check BLABBERMOUTH.NET, as I am unable to respond to the amount of emails I am getting on this subject. All we can do is just have hope that they will recover soon, and that everything will be fine."

"My thoughts are with the guys and their families right now..."
