In other news, Megadeth frontman, Dave Mustaine, has been reaching out to fans during their current headlining tour and inviting them to call his cell and share their thoughts. As part of a collaboration with www.saynow.com, fans can call and leave messages for Dave on his cell. At each tour date, Dave makes an announcement from the stage encouraging fans to call and leave him messages and tells them where his cell number is posted at the venue. Dave also sends out group voicemails from the stage at each tour date, letting fans know what city he’s in and invites the local audience to cheer in the background while he’s leaving the message. As part of his outreach to fans, he also leaves messages for people who have contacted him about current Megadeth activities. Anyone who’d like to leave a personal message for Dave and his bandmates can call them at the following numbers:
DAVE MUSTAINE: (619) 717-2000
GLEN DROVER: (818) 237-4680
SHAWN DROVER: (678) 999-2215
JAMES LOMENZO: (661) 349-7208

I like Risk personally. Having said that I also like pop rock so whatever. I really don't see why they'd put their numbers on the net though. Most of what they'll get will be like that episode from the Simpsons where Homer calls up and goes "Hello, old lady from Titanic? You stink! Teeheehee!" I guarantee you Mustaine will receive plenty of that!

yea i spose i have to agree that they have made worse albums than countdown to extinction. still stand by system has failed being sh** though. come to think of it, it is a pretty dumb idea to put their numbers out on the net like what oz sayed. hell if i had credit i would be prankin mustaine right now lol

Hate to break it to you dude, but Megadeth have done nothing good since Countdown. Actually Youthinasia is okay but everything else since then is a joke, especially United Abominations and Risk, that sh** is horrible, complete crap. I'm really tempted to ring up Dave and tell him so, except Dave is full of himself and probably thinks those albums are masterpieces.

Whine, Whine, Whine, Whine, Megadeth suck balls... Mustaine is a big c***sucker..... every post 90s album is crap. You know, all of this sh** talking about a quality band is really starting to get under my skin. While thier not the best they put all of the commercial metal bands to shame. They can also hang with some of the new stuff, it is not a big leap to go from say.. Nevermore to Megadeth or Opeth to Megadeth, mabye even Behemoth to Megadeth I've seen Megadeth live twice, and both times they kicked ass. Hell at least thier better than Poisen. The system has failed and united abominations are sub-standerd albums? A decent argument, if it wasnt full of holes. I have both records and while I'll admit there are some songs on both that should be beefed up, re-wrote etc. There are gems that thrash my a$$ from those records ( Kick the Chair, Burnt Ice, Blackmail the Universe, My Kingdom, Gears of War, Sleepwalker) Hell I was very Impressed with united abominatins. I'm sorry but to say thier sh**ty is an uphill battle in my book. Tell me If you all hate this band so much, why even admit they are still around? Upset because you couldnt make the cut for a Megadeth cover band? Or did some of you meet Mustaine when he was a heroin addict?
Get over it Megadeth can still bring the metal. But still I must say "Never Walk Alone" now thats a track that could have used some improvement, not so great. And so the mud-slinging begins.
