Hardcore act Faded Grey has broken up

Las Vegas hardcore act Faded Grey has announced that they're breaking up. The band was formed in 1998 and released a full-length on Indecision Records in addition to an EP on Element Records. The tentative recording of their upcoming album has been cancelled and a final show is being planned. Here's the band's statement:

"After almost four years as a band we have decided to call it a day. Without going into the various reasons why we have decided to call it quits, we just feel that we had our day in the sun and it's time to move onto bigger and better things. We are going to try to play a last show sometime soon, so keep an eye on this site for a show date if you are interested. To all of the kids that cared, thanks so much for everything. You've made the last few years very special for all of us in The Grey"
