Hmm, interesting, despite the fact that most movies made by rock bands have always been unwatchable pieces of sh**. But hey, maybe this'll be good...

It's about time for a Salival II with videos for Schism / Parabola / Vicarious; live concert footage (we can only hope); live audio CD. Rumors have been going around for years that TOOL would release a live DVD but it never happened and I'd be surprised if it ever did. Maynard is really big on not spoiling the live show by watching recordings. He's afraid that people would get their fix ($$$) and move on without experiencing the raw energy of the live show.

For all I know, this is a farewell tour and TOOL will cap it off by releasing a DVD...by the way, i saw them last Wed. in Winston Salem, NC. FLOOD! was definitely the highlight of the show. They also perfected Rosetta Stoned while overseas...it was way better this time around (saw them in D.C. last year).
