Greece's Septic Flesh have completed work on their new album, and have set European Tour Dates

Greece's Septic Flesh have completed work on their new album, entitled Sumerian Daemons, with producer Fredrik Nordström at Gothenburg's Studio Fredman for an October release through Hammerheart Records. Among the tracks set to appear on the 13-song effort are the following:

01. Red Code Cult
02. Faust
03. Infernal Sun
04. Mechanical Babylon
05. Dark River
06. The Virtues of the Beast

According to the group's official web site, "the musical direction of Sumerian Daemons is the apotheosis of extremity in all forms and a praise to the dark ancient ways that still live on, disguised with the skin of the new age... The new sound is a huge wall made from brutal guitars, with nightmarish, mesmerizing melodies while the deep low vocals of Set are combined with the cinematic style of a full choir directed from Chris A. and the returning dramatic voice of Natalie Rasoulis. You can also expect some ultra violent, fast-paced songs that will make your ears bleed."

In other news, Septic Fleshare scheduled to embark on a 10-day Polish tour in October with Vomitory and Malevolent Creation. Also in the works is a three-week European trek in November with Dismember, Sinister, Thyrfing and other Hammerheart recording artists.
