Purge Signs To Forgotten Empire Records

Forgotten Empire Records has announced the signing of UK-based experimental/metal band Purge. The label goes on to describe them: "Purge play an aggresive mix of rock and experimental metal. Think Zozobra and early Mastodon with the melodic sense of "Absense Of Truth" era Isis."

Purge are currently working on there yet titled full length. Recording will begin in April, the band hopes for a release around September. A number of guests are expected to be playing on various tracks. Forgotten Empire will release this effort in the US.

You can hear some material from the band's last EP "With/Without" on their MySpace page.
