Vreid Confirmed For Slovenia's Metalcamp Festival

VREID, the Norwegian band formed by former WINDIR members Hváll (bass), Steingrim (drums) and Sture (vocals, guitar), has been confirmed for the Metalcamp 2007 festival, set to take place July 16-21, 2007 in Tolmin, Slovenia. More than 80 bands will perform on two stages over the course of five days of live music. VREID will play on the main stage on July 18. The festival billing is shaping up as follows:

VREID's latest album, "Pitch Black Brigade", was released in Europe in April via Tabu Records (Candlelight Records in the U.S.). The CD was recorded at studio 1184 and was mixed at Subsonic Society with Lars Klokkerhaug.
