Drowning Pool Sign With Sanctuary Records?

Drowning Pool are holed up in a Dallas, TX studio recording their third studio album. The band plans to finish recording by the end of the year with a late February / mid-April release expected.
Drowning Pool has reportedly signed with Sanctuary Records for the release of their third studio album. The band parted ways earlier this year with Wind-Up Records after releasing two albums through the label, each featuring a different lead singer: 2001's "Sinner" and 2004's "Desensitized".
In May the label fired co-founder and chief executive Andy Taylor due to accounting problems which affected the company's 2005 results. Then Iron Maiden did not renew its management agreement with the company earlier and now signs of disappointing sales with their sister label, Rough Trade Records. Rough Trade is the UK home of The Strokes and is expected to lose £2.8 million for the year ended on September 30th.
A demo of a new track titled "No More" with new vocalist Ryan McCombs (ex-SOiL) can be streamed on their MySpace page.
