Nominion Part With Bassist
Swedish death metallers NOMINON have parted ways with their bass player of two years, Joel Andersson. According to a posting on the group's web site, Joel "decided to leave the band because of personal reasons. He has promised to give us an official statement of the reasons within a couple of days. As of now the band will be holding some auditions to find a new suitable bassist the coming weeks."
NOMINON recently secured a deal with Singapore's Pulverised Records to release their collection of hard-to-get tracks, entitled "Remnants of a Diabolical History".
NOMINON's latest album, "Recremation", was issued last year via Konqueror Records (CD) and Blood Harvest Records (12-inch vinyl). The album was recorded and mixed at Necromorbus Studio in Stockholm with engineer Tore Stjerna. A video for the track "House of Flies" was shot during the band's European tour with VITAL REMAINS in September/October 2005.
