My Dying Bride Drummer Departs
UK doom legends MY DYING BRIDE have announced that "sadly Shaun Steels (drums) has decided to part from MDB. His continuing illness shows no sign of abating and he feels the uncertaintly could be having a negative affect on his relationship with the band members."
A statement from Steels is as follows: "I would just like to salute MDB for the good times and wish them all well in the future, I feel I am not ready to fulfill the duties in a manner befitting MDB at this time and have decided to stand down. I am sad to be leaving but at this time I feel it is for the greater good of the band. Tak! The Winter."
The band add: "MDB would like just like to say thanks to Shaun and to say we are sorry to see him part, but fully understand his position. Good luck Shaun."
"A Line Of Deathless Kings" was recorded in Academy Studios and mixed at Chapel Studios, and will feature nine tracks, with the following titles: 'To Remain Tombless', 'L'Amour Detruit', 'I Cannot Be Loved', 'And I Walk With Them', 'Thy Raven Wings', 'Love's Intolerable Pain', 'One Of Beauty's Daughters', 'Deeper Down', 'The Blood, The Wine, The Roses'.
The album will also be available as a special edition and as a limited double-vinyl release. The My Chem and Underoath addmissions will get you kicked around by the some of the bigger bullies(a$$holes) around here but the rest are a pretty strong collection.....
Though I prolly would have called My Chem and Underoath "boybands" earlier, I'm not about to start now....

karla, you are always defending a7x when someone posts an article about them so dont try to front like you listen to actual metal. unless there are two karla's here which is totally possible. anyway, im willing to bet youve never heard MDB ever, not one song. they are a legendary doom band who probably started making music before you were born. im assuming that b/c of the maturity in your first post in which you called them "gay". so what the f*** was the point of your leadoff post on this thread again?? as for your list, it is crap except for children of bodom.....and did you say you mostly listen to death metal?? b/c none of the bands you listed are even close to death metal.
