Following their October tour with Vital Remains et al, Demiricous will focus writing a new album for Metal Blade Records. The band has written one song thus far and according to them "will be spending the month writing our asses off." Then in mid-November Demiricous will hit the road again with God Forbid, Goatwhore, and The Human Abstract. Following the tour the band will complete the writing process, with tentative plans to enter the studio on February 15th to begin recording the effort.

well from what i heard from a friend of mine that sound on the demos was basically a part of their old drummer
Chris Cruz's influence since he played in a local BM band a long time ago called Castlevania but
he did tell me that they are going to a more original direction in their new material and said
folks will not be dissappointed to say the least. So im excited.
