Ozzy Osbourne Announces New Solo Album And A Musical

Two new studio albums are reportedly being worked on by metal icon Ozzy Osbourne, the first of which is due to make the stores in February next year. Recording the music in May, before the Ozzfest tour, was Mike "Puffy" Bordin (drums), Rob "Blasko" Nicholson (bass) and Zakk Wylde (guitar), with Ozzy now laying down the vocals.
The second album will be the soundtrack to Ozzy's musical, "Rasputin", which revolves around controversial Russian politician, Grigory Rasputin. The album will be released before the show hits Broadway, though no release date is yet known.
Ozzy has been quoted in a recent interview as saying
"We wrote a song called 'Rasputin' (for the 1995 Ozzmosis album), but then it never got used, you know, and then every now and again I'd try to find this tape of songs. We wrote a bunch of songs, and I put this tape on and thought, 'You know what? That would be a great musical.' It kind of grew on its own. It’s the traditional Fiddler on the Roof type of music, plus the kind of Beatley kind of influence. There’s this wonderful song that goes, 'How dark it is before the dawn, the day begins, a child is born'. It’s beautiful. I’m really happy about it. I hope the rest of the world is. I spent 10 years of my f—king life in this thing."

I like this idea. I hope it works out and sounds up to Ozzy and Zakks xpectations. I'm sure some will hate it, and people like me will probably like it. Lol. I'll just say that the new Oz album is going to rock as long as Zakk has anything to say about it. The Musical will be very intresting to me to hear. I can't wait. Maybe Zakk will be involved in that as well. LOL. I'm also gonna just put this out there, ...Someone is making a Thor movie. "Marvel Superhero" to those that are too young to understand. Anyway, I talked to some "nerds" about the cast and there was talk of Zakk Wylde playing the mighty Thor. He looks the part and has said that he would be intrested in doing some more acting. I would be most happy. Zakk as Thor would rule. But enough about that. I like anything Zakk does and if he and Oz have stuff planned then I say lets give it a try. BLEED BLACK LABEL!!!!!!!!

Have you not noticed the insatiable terribleness of Marvel movies of late...The Hulk...DareDevil...X-Men3...Spiderman1+2...Admittedly, I've seen only 2 of those, but I've heard the rest are beyond criminally bad.
It sounds cool IF they don't f*** up and make another sh**ty kids' movie out of it.

Allow me To elaborate.YES there are rumors of a THOR MOVIE but no nobodies been approached for any of the part's because it's still in the talking phases.Due To the character's history I'd imageine it's probably going to be a difficult film to make.
Besides Stan Lee is becomeing very particular about how his idea's are being presented on film for two reason's.#1 Marvel's been ripping him off for years. The money they've made off of his idea's which include the HULK , SPIDER-MAN , FANTASTIC FOUR & yes THOR.DOES NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM COMPARE TO WHAT THOSE GREEDY BASTARD'S HAVE PAIDE HIM !!!!.He made marvel what it is by createing character's that had actual scientific explanation's if not scientific theories behind thier power's.He was the first comic book writer to have character's with real world problem's and or psychological issues example.Peter Parker could be the single greatest Olympic athlete ever.Unfortunatley he blames himself for his uncles death & in a round about way he's right. As a result he becomes a Super Hero and can't pay his rent.Do you Follow me? He was revolutionary with his idea's and put them on top as the #1 comic publisher for almost 40yrs.
#2 HOLLYWOOD has not been very good in there representation of his lifes work.Hence they had great hit's but the real Fan's have been dissatisfied because of the stories that they either ignore or even worse try to retell the HOLLYWOOD way.Although some of these stories could use some updateing they do not need the HOLLYWOOD makeover.Perfect example Tom Cruze was supposed to start the INVINCIBLE IRON MAN as his next big franchise.Marvel and Stan in particular was happy with this. The problem is they wanted him to tell the tragic yet triumphant story of Anthony Stark.Billionaire industrialist/inventor/playboy.Who by a cruel twist of fate find's himself with a failing hart.Who eventually find's himself being kidnapped by terrorist's.As a result he subsequently meet's another inventor who reveals to him plans to build a technologically advanced weapon that could also keep his hart going. The IRON MAN ARMOUR.He wears the armor and makes his escape but find's he must wear it on a regular bases just to keep his heart going and stay alive. This weakness made a great hero.Tom Cruse wanted to do the typical Tom somehow saves the world againe thing.Rumor has it there was alot of scientology tie in's any way after the 8th rewrite they took it from him.The project is still up in the air.
In any event MARVEL was trying to broker a deal like what D.C. has with WARNER Bro's.Warner Comunication's actually ownes D.C.and everything under it's umbrella.Marvel attempted to do the same thing but they just were not worth what Avi Arrad was asking. So now all thoe marvel films are being released on different movie houses.(BLADE was released by a movie house owned by Warner bros.)
In any event allthough I hated X-3 & the Fantastic Four.I'm looking forward to the next three big projects.Ghost Rider Sub Mariner Iron Fist. We'll see what happen's with them.

Ghost Rider should be f***in cool, that guy's a mad c***. Sub Mariner? Iron Fist? No idea, lol.
As I stated before, these movies would be good, if they did them well. They need to make them a bit more adultish, and not just "watch this guy dress up funny and do random sh** that you cant" movies.
