Massachusetts Ozzfest Fan Charged With 'Indecent Assault'
Michael Gelbwasser of TheSunChronicle.com reports that a man at Tuesday night's (August 1) Ozzfest at the Tweeter Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts was charged with indecent assault for allegedly reaching under a woman's skirt after the show.
Joseph Rinaldi, 42, of Cranston, R.I., was released after posting $860 bail after his arraignment in Attleboro District Court on Wednesday.
Police arrested Rinaldi at the Tweeter Center Tuesday night after a woman alleged he grabbed underneath her skirt on the front walkway leading to the parking lots. She and a friend were walking back to their tour bus at the time.
Police also charged Rinaldi with possession of a class B substance, Vicodine, a prescription drug.
