A Perfect Circle Premiere New Single "To Whom It May Concern" - Announce North American Tour With The Cult & Puscifer

A Perfect Circle have unleashed another new single, “To Whom It May Concern“, alongside the announcement of a 2027 North American tour. The multi-platinum alternative metal collective, featuring Tool/Puscifer vocalist Maynard James Keenan, returned with their first new track in years, “Starless“, this past May amid an active 2026 touring schedule.

With a new album reportedly in the works, the group have now issued “To Whom It May Concern“, which was written and recorded earlier this year at co-vocalist/guitarist Billy Howerdel‘s Lankershim Ranch Studio. Howerdel handled production duties, while Matty Green (U2, TV On The Radio) was brought in to mix the track. The song arrives alongside a visualizer overseen by RIZZ of VOWWS.

Howerdel commented on the latest single, which once again features Josh Freese (Nine Inch Nails, etc.) on drums:

“It’s exciting to finally get some new music out into the world, and seeing ‘Starless’ reach #1 at rock radio this week has made it even sweeter! The outpouring of support is so very much appreciated. ‘To Whom It May Concern’ is next up! More to come.”

Keenan, who will once again pull double duty with Puscifer opening the initial Canadian leg of the trek, added:

“Very much looking forward to pulling double duty through Canada with A Perfect Circle and Puscifer. Been way, way too long. New tunes, new dance moves, new hair hats. Figure it out. #figureitout”

Veteran hard rockers The Cult will take over opening duties from April 27th onward. Keenan has also noted on social media that attempts to book a Toronto date for the trek were “boxed out” by hockey season.

A presale will launch today, September 30th, at 10:00am local time with the password “PERFECT”. Local presales will follow Thursday, October 1st, while tickets will go on sale this Friday, October 2nd, at 10:00am, excluding the Elizabeth, KY show, for which further details are still pending.
