Alissa White-Gluz' Blue Medusa (DragonForce/Ex-Arch Enemy) Premiere New Single & Music Video "Crocodile"

Blue Medusa have unveiled their new single “Crocodile.” The outfit are, of course, fronted by DragonForce/**ex-Arch Enemy vocalist Alissa White-Gluz, with the track marking their third single released to date. Director Vicente Cordero (Fear Factory, Cradle Of Filth) co-directed the accompanying clip alongside Alissa.

Alissa herself commented on the song:

“‘Crocodile‘ speaks of that feeling of being watched… that instinctive fear when you know danger is lurking nearby, even without seeing it. The feeling that something is hiding just beneath the surface of what seems safe or familiar. It is in this tension, between what we perceive and what we sense, that the song lives.”

Guitarists Alyssa Day (Mindscar/In Absentia) and Dani Sophia form the band’s core lineup alongside Alissa. Bassist Alicia Vigil (DragonForce, Vigil Of War) and drummer Delaney Jaster (These Fading Visions) meanwhile fill out the live lineup as touring members.

Notably, the custom guitar wielded by Alissa in the video will be auctioned off for Sea Shepherd. Blue Medusa are currently scheduled to make their live debut later this month at the annual ‘Louder Than Life‘ festival in Louisville, KY on September 18th. They’re also booked for an October 2nd appearance at the ‘Aftershock‘ festival in Sacramento, CA. Additional European dates are planned for 2027:
