Electric Callboy Reimagine ’80s Classic “Maniac” In New Musora Performance
German electronicore band Electric Callboy have unveiled their take on Michael Sembello’s 1983 hit “Maniac,” recorded during a recent visit to Musora. Best known for its appearance in the 1983 film ‘Flashdance‘, the track was reimagined by the band as part of Musora’s challenge to record a cover in a single day. The video below captures the entire creative process behind their reinterpretation, culminating in the finished version. The band recently released their latest studio album, “TANZNEID,” on July 21st.
