Left To Die (Obituary, Exhumed, Ex-Death, Etc.) Premiere New Single “Witch Of Hell” From Debut Album “Initium Mortis”

Death metal supergroup Left To Die have unveiled “Witch Of Hell”, the latest single from their forthcoming debut album “Initium Mortis”. Conceived as a spiritual successor to the legacy of pioneering Florida death metal legends Death, the project unites several veteran figures from the band.

The lineup features former Death members Terry Butler (Obituary) and Rick Rozz (ex-Massacre), alongside Matt Harvey (Exhumed, Gruesome) and Gus Rios (Gruesome, ex-Malevolent Creation).

Commenting on the newly released track, Butler stated:

“‘Witch Of Hell’ is a straight up banger. No frills old school death metal at its finest. This is how it’s done and it would be a blueprint for future death/thrash bands!”

The song offers another glimpse into “Initium Mortis”, which is scheduled for release on July 17th through Relapse Records. In support of the album, the band have already announced touring plans across Europe and Latin America:
