Salem Trials Premiere New Single & Music Video "Left To Bleed" From Upcoming New EP “Heavy Is The Head”

Canadian deathcore band Salem Trials have announced plans to release their new EP “Heavy Is The Head” on June 12th through Seek And Strike. The first single from the effort, “Left To Bleed,” has arrived alongside an accompanying music video.
Commenting on both the track and the upcoming EP, the band stated:
“The first introduction to our new offering is via the first single/video, ‘Left to Bleed,’ which follows the EP’s general theme of abuse of power. Though it may not be a new concept that the world is led by wealthy class who shape it to suit their interests, this song’s focus mainly on those who live beneath that class. Forced to fight their wars and work until they die so that the rich may continue to hoard power, money and influence, all while using fear tactics, media manipulation and rhetoric to force the less connected to pick a side and turn on each other. When they are done with us, we are all left to bleed.
Our new ‘Heavy Is The Head‘ EP feels like we’ve truly dialed in our sound as a band and turned the page. The writing process happened pretty naturally over just a few months. We’re a lot more focused on song structures and vocal dynamics and as a result we’ve written some of our heaviest and most cohesive songs to date. We really feel like we’re hitting our stride with these new songs and they hit harder than anything we’ve done. We really can’t wait for everyone to hear what we’ve been working on.”
