Skindred Debuts New Music Video "My People"; New Album "You Got This" Out Today
Welsh ragga metal legends Skindred have released their brand-new album "You Got This" today. Their ninth album is an all-killer-no-filler set which features everything that people love about the band – hard-hitting slammers, mega addictive hooks, earwormy soundclash elements, and dancehall vibes destined to ignite venues across the globe.
All those elements are present and correct in the slammin’ new track "My People" whose video premieres today in line with the release. Watch that video filmed and produced by Matt Higgs and edited by Very Metal Art below.
Frontman Benji Webbe says, "Calling My People. We have made our own way through this Ragga Metal Jungle doing what we do, forging and sculpting our own unique heavy metal sound system and this song in particular is Skindred mixing it up while breaking down barriers in as uncompromising way as possible.
