XCOMM Premiere New Single & Music Video "Hot Pursuit / One And Nothing"

XCOMM released a combined music video for their tracks “Hot Pursuit / One And Nothing.” The teenage hardcore outfit enlisted director Dean Karr — known for his work with Slayer and Deftones — to helm the clip.

Both songs were produced by Ross Robinson, whose résumé includes Korn and Slipknot, and are being issued via Blowed Out Records, a label he oversees alongside Ghostemane and Bill Armstrong.

Notably, the band’s lineup includes drummer Revel Ian, son of Scott Ian of Anthrax and Mr. Bungle fame.

Frontman Michael Gatto commented on the paired tracks:

“‘Hot Pursuit‘ is about everyday frustrations and the way we put energy and purpose to combat those frustrations, I remember this one was written at our second ever rehearsal. ‘One And Nothing‘, on the other hand, is about moments of clarity and realizations that you do have control over your surroundings and the way things play out.”

XCOMM live dates:

04/04 Las Vegas, NV – The Punk Rock Museum (3rd Anniversary Parking Lot Show)
04/11 Los Angeles, CA – Pacific Electric (‘California Chaos Festival‘)
06/13-14 Washington, D.C. – Vans Warped Tour
07/25-26 Long Beach, CA – Vans Warped Tour
