Diamond Construct Premiere New Single & Music Video "Discarded"

Taree, Australia-based metalcore outfit Diamond Construct have released a new single titled “Discarded,” now streaming online. The track’s debut is also accompanied by a new music video directed by Colin Jeffs, which can be viewed below.

Expanding on what the band created with the track, vocalist Kynan Groundwater shared the following:

“The song explores personal battles with feeling like you’re never good enough for someone time after time. It’s about longing for real love, and the sense of loss when it all goes south. This song resonates deeply with me, and I know it’ll be cathartic to perform live, similar to how ‘Faded‘ feels therapeutic on stage. I think ‘Discarded‘ will connect with people who’ve experienced that same loneliness and struggle with self-worth.”
