The S.E.T. (Ex-Turnstile) Premiere Debut Single "T.M.T."

The S.E.T. have officially announced themselves with the release of their debut single, “T.M.T.” The Baltimore, MD hardcore outfit have already generated early buzz thanks to the involvement of guitarist Brady Ebert, formerly of melodic hardcore standouts Turnstile.

Flatspot Records have slated the band’s first EP, Self Evident Truth, for a March 6 release. The lineup also features Flatspot Records founder Figueroa on bass, former End It drummer Ryan, and vocalist Tim. A music video for “T.M.T.”, directed by Rob Silver, is available to watch below. The band are also slated to appear at this year’s Disturbin’ The Peace Fest in Baltimore, MD on January 31.

Speaking on the new project, Ebert shared:

“We live in a society, especially now with this current administration, where the people up top try to defy the truth through propaganda, war, racism and all forms of authoritarian ideas. I wanted this release to define what we are and what we believe the truth is.”

“Self Evident Truth” track-list:

01 – “This Chain“
02 – “T.M.T.“
03 – “White Lies” (feat. Gut Instinct)
04 – “Predetermined Hate“
05 – “Prey Strikes Back“
