Bodysnatcher Premiere New Single & Music Video “Murder8” - Hatebreed Frontman Jamey Jasta Guests

A new track by Bodysnatcher, titled “Murder8,” has surfaced online. The Floridian deathcore band features a guest appearance by Jamey Jasta, known for his work with Hatebreed. Toddi Babu helmed the music video for this track, which was produced by the GRAMMY Award-winning producer and musician Will Putney, known for his work with Fit For An Autopsy and Better Lovers. The song is featured on the band's upcoming EP "Vile Conduct," set to be released this Record Store Day, April 20th, with a digital release to follow.

Drummer Chris Whited shared that the song draws from deeply personal experiences for its inspiration:

“‘Murder8 is a street name for fentanyl. I lost my older brother in 2022 to fentanyl and then I lost my younger sister just one year later in 2023 to fentanyl as well. Opioids have been prescribed at alarming rates since the early 2000’s and have affected millions of families across the world, especially the United States. If you have lost someone due to overdose this song goes out to you.”
