According to Germany's Rock Hard magazine, Children of Bodom laid down a cover version of the Poison hit single "Talk Dirty to Me" during the recording sessions for their new album, "Are You Dead Yet?". The song is expected to surface on the Japanese version of the new CD, which will also contain a special bonus DVD featuring exclusive footage from the making of the album, live videos and rare recordings. The other audio bonus track on the CD is said to be a cover of the Britney Spears hit "Oops I Did It Again" (which also appears on Children of Bodom's "In Your Face" single).
"Are You Dead Yet?" is scheduled for release on September 14 in Finland and September 19 in the rest of the world.
Children of Bodom mastered "Are You Dead Yet?" on June 6 at Finnvox studios in Helsinki following a six-week recording/mixing session with producer Mikko Karmila.

OH KAY ! I admit it I LIKE POISON (the early stuff anyway)! They are one of the band's that got me started.Kind of like Weed is what lead's alot of people to c***aine. So if they can make a fun song a little heavier and not compromise thier own sound or inotherword's do it thier way while doing the original justice(like KoRn did with WORD UP ! )Then great ! However I do find it a little disturbing that thier doing Britney and Poison as upposed to SABBATH , JUDAS PRIEST or even MOTLEY CRUE.I mean what's with this light wieght SHIIT!!

I will have to say that the last post I've put about the spears cover.......I've got a sense of humor and I can't wait to hear the covers. But to be real, I would like it if they did do a cover of like a metallica song that would be cool. Oh yea a f***ing SLAYER song, like rainning Blood that sh** would have been cool. Even better if they did a Nasum song! But I guess that they like stupid gurlie songs so I'll wait and see what they will do with it.

Anything I could say about this, I said back when the Britney Spears cover was announced.
