Mushroomhead Push DVD Release Back Again
MUSHROOMHEAD have pushed their self-produced and filmed DVD back to an August 9th release date. A statement from 'St1tch' reads as follows:
"Hello everyone. I'm sorry to bring the news about the DVD being pushed until August 9th. I know you all have been waiting patiently for it to be released, we just had no idea orders were going to be such a success. Lumberjack (the distribution company) has decided to hold off to complete all orders around America. However, we are still receiving 1,000 copies and still plan on selling it at the show on the 25th to make sure we don't piss off fans that were going in hopes of getting the DVD that night. So, there is still a signing and you will be able to buy "Volume 1" this coming Monday at Peabody's. The DVD will be in stores August 9th. Sorry for the inconvenience... hope everyone is one the same page now."

HA!!!! They really want to be like Slipknot.....first they wear the masks on stage like they can ever put on a show like them...at least not with the 20 people there that had to watch that sh**. Now they wanna push some bullsh** dvd back like the Knot are. Next they could buy a drum machine to TRY and copy Joey!!!!!!!!

in 93' mushroomhead dressed up in ballerina tutus, football pads, and other bizarre and idiotic costumes similar to gwar. Then slipknot emerged with their own original look with identical coveralls that were ment to say that they were not about any fashion or trend, just about the music. Afterwards, mushroomhead did the exact same thing along with masks around 99 or 2000 when slipknot released their debut album. that's when they got some sort of recognition. Bottom line, mushroomhead can never add up to slipknot in regards to their much talked about comparison. mushroomhead even dressed up like slipknot for one of their recent shows. that was just pathetic, whether it was just a joke, or their way of dissing slipknot. it seems as if mushroomhead are just more concerned about their look rather than their music, when it should be the other way around.

when you compare mushroomhead and slipknot it really doesn't matter. the point is simple and i don't care who i pi$$ off when i say that slipknot's new record sux. the first two albums are so F***ing amazing and the last one was a disappointment. mushroomhead rules and i can't wait to get a copy of the new dvd.

Whats messed up is that when slipknot first came out they had 3 almost idenical mask as meber from mushroomhead, wore jumpsuites like mushroomhead. Where is the DVD? Now august 19th and nobody has it for sale. On the other...who cares who was first or who copied who.. both bands are cool! Buying this DVD and alrteady slipnots. Think Mushroom will be better that theirs but their next one will include the new album....BOTH ARE COOL!!!! Go rag on linkin park!
