The public celebration of life for late ex-Pantera/Damageplan, HELLYEAH drummer Vinnie Paul that was held yesterday, July 01st, at The Bomb Factory in Dallas, Texas can be streamed below. Among those offering tribute via a video presentation was Vinnie‘s ex-Pantera bandmate, Phil Anselmo, who had an estranged relationship with him stemming from the demise of Pantera back in 2003.
Phil Anselmo appeared via a previously recorded brief video message at the celebration offering:
“Vince, always have love in my heart for you, man. Rest in peace.”
Vinnie Paul died on June 22nd, 2018 at the age of 54. The official cause of death has yet to be revealed. He was laid to rest in a Kiss coffin, beside his brother, late Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell Abbott, and his mother at the Moore Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Arlington, TX.
