"Hellhounds is an analogy for power abuse and war crimes that happen in present day and the "evil masters" are supposed to represent the leaders of all the worlds super powers, the hounds representing the facets of society that they've built to destroy the peasants/enemies like poverty, addiction, depression and war itself."
