According to official sources, Slipknot have not parted with Paul Gray. The bassist hasn't played any shows with the band since late April, but is said to be suffering from 'exhaustion'. He intends to re-join Slipknot for their upcoming UK and European tour commitments.

I hung out with Paul for a night in LA. that in itself is a long story, anyways the guy likes to drink. a lot. sometimes its hard to keep up when you are boozing hard. remember, Zakk Wylde left Ozzfest in europe because of "exhaustion" and no one doubts he is a tough guy. It happens, especially when you are drinking for days and weeks on end. Paul just needs some time to recover. Let it happen. stop freaking out.

I play bass, guitar and drums a little bit so i have alot of respect for Joey Jordisons(drummer) style but i wasnt as happy with the new record as the first two but it was still decent....a couple tracks were seriously lacking though.

I have yet to find a hip-hop artist/group that I could really get into. 2-pac, Eminem, Biggie, Nas...They all have/had great messages and delivery styles but once I heard a song of theirs all the way thru and picked up everything said, I never felt compelled to hear it again.
Though I'll admit, some of the earliest things i learned on bass as a kid were old NWA, Dr. dre, Snoop and Beastie boys bass lines. Ah to be 12 again. Simple fun happy times. Then came grunge and byebye hip hop bass,but i can STILL play those today though.

Not I. I avoid Tv at all costs, mainly because I dont have cable and I can't even pick up sh** over the air due to my apartment being made like bunker (70's style-12 inch solid concrete walls...like prison only I live with my conjugal visitor)
But seriously what would I watch??? Mtv 2 when and if decent metal videos were playing, the history channel so i could watch some gruesome ww II combat footage, Animal Planet for those violent lion chasing antelope takedowns and subsequent disembowelments. Thats about it. f*** tv...
Okay 2 years no tv, i am starting to miss it a little but i never was big on network sh** other than the simpsons and family guy anyway.
