The song is entitled "Beast and the Harlot" click here to download the song and also take a look at their cover artwork on their upcoming cd, City of Evil, due on June 6th, on Warner Brothers Records.

the one song without screaming first of all doesn't prove the rumor tht he wrecked his voice...wouldn't their official site mention this problem and change to their fans....not to mention they started to record on like Jan.1 and warped ended at the end of august....3 months...enough time to injure his voice, and record an album right away...unlikley. I think this whole vocal thing is just yet another try to explain a change tht will cause the scene fans tht are fans to just be a part of something they dont truely love to have an excuse not to like the new music. If you knew anything about metal...screaming isn't the only element make the sound metal. All i hav to say is true fans of their music would love their new song and whole cd even if there's a lack of screaming

Yes...Matt did mess up his voice...he told us on the message board like....around September of 2004...that he was slowly starting to mess his voice up...in November his voice finally hit its peak and the blood vessel wrapped around his vocals popped. A show in the UK was cancelled so that he could get surgey done immediiatly. He then started recovering and hired the same vocal teacher Axl Rose had to help him start using more potential to his voice so that he can compensate for not being able to scream. plus the whole band is strung out on the screaming to begin with. they said it was better that they stopped the whole hardcore and screaming stuff because its time for CHANGE...SEE THAT PEOPLE!!! CHANGE!!! NOT THE SAME BORING BULLsh** OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!!! meaning they want to keep some ORIGINALITY!!! STAY ALIVE in the industry.

hey, all those people who said the new sound suck, yeah right, just because there is no screaming doesn't mean it is not metal. If you actually new metal, you would know that metal is about guitar, and the vocal don't always have to be screaming. Take Judas Priest for example, they don't scream but their still metal, same with maiden and the other GREAT metal bands. Sheesh!
