The Subliminal Verses show at the E Center in Salt Lake City, UT tonight (April 19) has been CANCELLED, due to medical orders from the doctors of Slipknot singer Corey Taylor. However, Shadows Fall and Lamb of God have decided to play.

i got lucky and saw them in seattle the night before they went to spokane and corey said to the crowd that he was having some problmes with his voice and said there were two options, to go on and sing to be there for the fans or to f***in give up. im so glad he pulled through for the seattle show because it was amazing! sucks for the rest of the tour

Corey Taylor has to sing at full voice and scream his his face purple every night...I guarantee you couldnt do better....

It's happend to Ozzy and Hetfield, and somewhat less legendary vocalists like Serj Tankian, Chino Moreno, Glenn Benton, Jamey Jasta, Trent Reznor, Barney Greenway.....heh fred durst...many countless others too....Sometime singers even get polyps and then they lose some of their ability to sing for the remainder of their lives......So Scott get some f***ing perspective you stupid a$$hole.

I highly doubt that this is Slipknots last album together, I was at the tour last night in St.Paul, Minnesota. Paul wasnt there but Corey sound as good as ever. Every 2 songs Corey would say something about Paul being out...they really came together as a group for this cd, yes there was a lot of fighting between the band. But picture this, 9 crazy f***ers all great at what they do. I'm pretty sure there will be some ego battleing going on. But they're going strong. They may take a lil break and Corey and James will go back to Stone Sour for another album, but, they will most likely make another album as Slipknot.
