Toy Called God Releases "Numb In A Bottle" Music Video
Groove metal influenced hard rock act Toy Called God released latest album "Dirt On Your Coffin" earlier last year. Hailing from Brentwood, CA, the quartet has been making a name for itself since 2011 - mixing heavy distortion, infectious hooks, and headbanger riffs.
Last spring, the band released a music video for the single "False Prophet," which was shot and directed by Mike Sloat (Testament, Machine Head, Lynyrd Skynyrd). Today, Toy Called God is following that with a second music video supporting "Dirt On Your Coffin" for the track "Numb In A Bottle." Also directed by Mike Sloat and focusing on the dangers of alcoholism, you can see this new clip below.
Guitarist Patrick Donovan states, "Far too often in our journey, those we love choose to numb themselves to life as opposed living it. Often times those around them want to help their loved ones but don't know how to do that. Sometimes that help comes too late. Live life, love your people, never give up and never go numb."
