Damageplan, Pantera Unreleased Recordings, Video Footage To See Light Of Day

Band Photo: Damageplan (?)
According to a recent online posting by DISTURBED drummer Mike Wengren, several DAMAGEPLAN- and PANTERA-related products are currently being planned for future release. Among the items that will reportedly see the light of day — either individually or as part of a box set — are the following:
*DAMAGEPLAN DVD "Damagevision"
*DAMAGEPLAN second album
*DAMAGEPLAN "New Found Power" outtakes
*PANTERA Home DVD Part 4
*PANTERA - Unreleased studio tracks from:
"Cowboys From Hell"
"Vulgar Display of Power"
"Far Beyond Driven"
"Great Southern Trendkill"
"Reinventing the Steel"
Tracks from what would have been PANTERA's next studio project after "Reinventing the Steel"
*REBEL MEETS REBEL (Dimebag and Vinnie Paul's side project with legendary country/western music artist David Allen Coe)
It should be noted, however, that — with the exception of a second DAMAGEPLAN studio album (consisting of recordings originally meant to be used towards the band's follow-up to "New Found Power") — there has not yet been any confirmation from the PANTERA/DAMAGEPLAN camp that the above-mentioned recordings will ever be made available to the public.
In other news, Krank Amplification has a section on their web site dedicated to "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott, featuring exclusive photos and video footage of the late PANTERA/DAMAGEPLAN guitarist. You can check it out at this location.

Hey Cynic, if thats what you like about DVDs you should check out GG Allin's videos. The king of hardcore, just straight up f***ing sh** up. Drugs, profanity, smashing sh** up, smashing himself up, covering himself in his own sh**, pissing in his mouth, microphones broke on his head, beer bottles on his head, throwing chairs in the crowd, and last but not least, getting thrown out of every show he ever played at. R.I.P. G.G. And R.I.P. Dimebag. Peace out!!!

Who is GG Alin? I hope when you said "the king of hardcore" you didn't mean musically, ie Hatebreed are hardcore. Can't stand it.
-^^^^ You're a moron. Hatebreed isn't really hardcore, and no, GG Allin is not that kind of hardcore, he was some badass who would f*** you up.
-The best news about this is the Pantera 4 DVD, unreleased studio tracks and the Rebel Vs Rebel album, David Allen Coe f***ing rules!
-All that Damageplan sh** is stupid, they should burn it, not release it.

Well obviously your the expert. Sorry I am so inept, I have been swayed by every review of theirs I have ever read refering to them as hardcore, including the BIOGRAPHY ON THEIR WEBSITE which refers to them as Hardcore! And to quote Jamey Jasta ""I was one of those kids, when my father was locked away in the hospital and my mother was working at night, that's what I did. I listened to hardcore."
But I mean I'm just a moron. Please grace me with your genre defining brilliance.
And why would this random c*** I know nothing about f*** me up? I never slagged him, just simply asked who he f***ing was!

There is also a big differnece between a bunch of stoned, drunk guys running around and doing silly things like the Pantera guys. They remind all of us probably of some party we had. Just a bunch of rowdy down home fun!
Now, I know nothing of this GG Allin guy but spreading sh1t on myself and whatever really doesn't seem like much of a good time.

First of all, David Allen Coe rocks.
GG Allin is an idiot.
This Pantera/Damageplan set that's coming out is going to be so good. I know its suppose to be individually released, but I also heard that it is to be a box set and be out this summer.
There is no defintion for ANY genre.

Oh yeah, a bit of travel trivia for you guys, I don't know if this is an actual Pantera bus because I've never been in it I've only seen it a few hundred times though. In Seminole Texas, there is a red and silver bus, it has a sign on the back that says "Pantera" on it. It's a pretty big bus too. I have no idea, It used to be on ave. J, but it's been moved since then.
