Superjoint Is Going To "Ruin You" With This New Song

In less than a month, Superjoint will unleash the punishing wares of the "Caught Up In The Gears Of Application" full-length album. Captured at Nodferatu's Lair, the eleven-track offering marks the band's first new output since 2003's "Lethal Dose Of American Hatred."

Produced by Superjoint o-founder Philip H. Anselmo and Stephen Berrigan, and mastered by Scott Hull at Visceral Sounds, "Caught Up In The Gears Of Application" remains true to Superjoint's original strategy: to spew forth an acrimonious crossover of hardcore punk, metal, and unrelenting, hostile, New Orleans-style angst.

In advance of its release, today new song "Ruin You" comes online. States Anselmo of the track, "This song is an example of how a basic, rock-driven song can still be a powerful thing, in musical standards and lyrical content as well."
