Forty Winters Posts "Human Sacrifice" Lyric Video
South Florida heavy metal outfit Forty Winters has launched a lyric video for the track "Human Sacrifice," taken from sophomore album "Rotting Empire," out now via Dead Truth Recordings.
Vocalist Xavier Vicuna offers: "The track 'Human Sacrifice' is the second we took from Rotting Empire that we felt would make for a sick lyric video. The visuals for the vid were created by our dear friend Mitch Luna [from the Miami, Fla. grindcore band, Maruta]. Believe it or not, 'Human Sacrifice' was supposed to be on the 2013 'Isolation' EP. It's a really fun song, nice and abrasive. The lyrical content is pretty cut and dry, it's a story about that good ole fashioned sacrifice. Let the inhumanity ensue."
"Rotting Empire" was recorded by Jesse Kirkbride (Black Tongue, Aversions Crown, Enterprise Earth) at Kirkbride Recordings in Cape Coral, Fla., and features special guest appearances by Chad Ruhlig (For the Fallen Dreams) and Adam Warren (Oceano). Artwork comes courtesy of artist Bill Hauser (Ozzy Osbourne, Gorilla Biscuits, Sick Of It All, Toxic Holocaust, Cruel Hand).
