Bauda Parts Ways With Bassist Juan Diaz

Chilean group Bauda has parted ways with the band's bass player. Bauda issued this statement about the situation:

"Friends we regret to announce that Juan Díaz (bassist) will no longer will continue in the band. We decided to separate our paths (obviously on friendly terms). Without a doubt this is a sad day for the band.

"With John, we have been working for 4 years, editing 2 fundamental discs for Bauda: 'Euphoria' and 'Sporelights.' We thank you in advance for all the effort and to Juan for complicity with the band and we wish you the best of luck in his new projects for the future.

"We hope to go back to have new projects and appearances with the future. The important thing is to keep on making music! The dates that we will continue to be agreed in order, as well as the new that we are planning for the future. A hug to the family baudiana and see you soon!"

Bauda last released the "Sporelights" album (reviewed here) back in November of 2015.
