Original Anthrax Singer Announces New Band Lineup
Original ANTHRAX vocalist Neil Turbin has joined forces with the progressive power metal twin guitar attack of Kurt James (DR. MASTERMIND, ex-STEELER, DRIVER) and Beau Simpson (ex-FAIL FOR FUN). The thunderous rhythm section is powered by the double bass drumming fury of Mikey Neil (CAGE) and menacing bassist Mike Giordano (CAGE).
The band is set to headline the second stage at the 2005 Monterrey Metal Fest on Saturday, May 28 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Four brand new power metal songs have been penned — "Angry World", "Die to Live", "Back from Hell" and "Afterlife" — to be included on Neil Turbin's upcoming sophomore album, "Diary of a Metal Thrashing Madman", tentatively due late 2005.

Despite not owning a record of theirs, i've heard many of their songs a million times....from what i've gathered over the years Scott Ian was THE heart and soul of this bands sound and public persona....feh, it's like GNR without Slash, or Metallica without Cliff....

threatcon delta is a classic metal album combining thrash power and heavy melodic with powerhouse vocals. some really great songs on here and neil turbin shines with better vocals than when he was in anthrax. he covers alot of ground and the guests are a veterans who's who of the LA Metal scene: jeff scott soto, claude schnell, paul shortino, tommy gunn, steve mcknight, andy walo, mitch perry, vernon anderson, paul monroe, sean mcnabb. his newer material i from what i hear is more in the progressive power metal vein. this album kills the last 5 anthrax cd's hands down. i was able to buy it on his website. pretty cool.
