70000 Tons of Metal - The World's Biggest Heavy Metal Cruise

"some music was meant to stay underground..."

Sumerlands Posts "Seventh Seal" Online

Old school heavy metal revival group Sumerlands just shared a new song from a forthcoming self-titled debut that is due out next month via Relapse. Titled "Seventh Seal," the track is currently streaming below.

"'The Seventh Seal' was written to be the opening track of the LP dealing with subject matter of the apocalypse," elaborates guitarist Arthur Rizk. "The music is representative of some of my favorite simple mid-paced heavy metal bangers with walls of guitar. 'The Seventh Seal' was meant to set a dark tone for the rest of the LP."

Debut album "Sumerlands" is due out on CD, LP, and digitally via Relapse on September 16th, 2016. You can also catch the band live:
