"Metal Obsession" Documentary Explores The Fans Who Love The Music

Roxx Records is very excited to be a part of the first installment of a brand new documentary series entitled "Metal Obsession." The label comments:

"Ever wonder what life was like through the eyes of a metalhead? Or even better an over-zealous heavy metal fan and their collection? Well now you can visit deep into the heart of some metal fans from around the world as we take a special journey into the lives and the collections of some of the world’s most die-hard heavy metal fans.

"Join us as we explore deep into their minds, lives and personal collections as we find out their likes, dislikes and what makes them rock. Explore many rare treasures from vinyl records, CDs, tapes, and all kinds of metal music from all over the world. As well as exploring the music catalogs from many mainstream artists you will also get to hear about many rare and obscure titles that may boggle your mind and get you thinking 'man I have got to find that for my own personal collection.'

Scott had this to say about the release: “There are many documentaries about the people who make the music. This is a documentary about the people who love the music. It’s the who, what, when, where and why of our obsession with collecting heavy metal records.”

This limited edition DVD pressing will be making its debut at this year's installment of the San Diego Heavy Metal Sap Meet on Saturday May 7th, 2016 and then it will be officially released on Friday May 13th.
