Before The Mourning Posts New Song "The Deception"

Before The Mourning is streaming new track "The Deception," which can be heard below and comes off debut album "Ethereal End," due out August 21 via Street Smart Recordings.

Adam Ryan (vocals) states: "This song was created just like the rest of the tracks on our album. It’s usually all of us in a room bouncing riffs and ideas off one another until something we all can agree on is playing through the speakers in our home studio. Lyrically, this song is about a screwed up love triangle. It's about all the different deceptions used by everyone involved. Mostly behind the backs of one another. It centers around a woman who is still in love with her ex, but is with a man who isn't what he appears to be. The chorus starts off aimed at the woman, but half way through turns into a blunt statement to the deceptive boyfriend. The bridge is one final plea asking someone to help her get away from this guy before something really bad happens.

"We opened the album with this track because of its overall energy, and attitude. It's major key, almost happy sounding intro is a complete 180 from the rest of the track, as it then drops into a heavy driving groove which doesn't let up for the rest of the song. I think this song helps represent our overall sound because we don't stick to one style for every track we put out. We want to keep it heavy, but also full of melody and groove."
