Kyng And Thrown Into Exile Playing Nepal Benefit Show

Metal For Nepal is a humanitarian initiative established to help raise funds for the victims and rural communities effected by the recent earthquake in Nepal. Southern California organizers are excited to unveil plans for a benefit concert to be held in Los Angeles on June 13th, sponsored by Revolver Magazine.

The show will take place on June 13th at the Complex in Glendale, California courtesy of Church of the 8th Day. Confirmed headliner is heavy metal outfit Kyng, along with direct support provided by sludge quartet 16 and further support will be provided by fellow Angeleno metallists’ Thrown Into Exile and Kaustik.

Tickets for the 21+ only event will be made available at the door for $15. One hundred percent of the money raised will be donated to the non-profit charity organization No Silence For Nepal, which features metal community members who are currently in the trenches providing food, water, and shelter, plus medication to the most remote villages where little to no help has yet arrived.

Kyng drummer Pepe Clark commented: “The power of music never ceases to amaze and the metal community is no different! Metal for Nepal is an amazing effort to help others in need and we are honored to have been asked to participate.”
