The 3rd Attempt Issues New Album Studio Report

Work on the debut full-length album from The 3rd Attempt, which is set to be released on Dark Essence Records later this year, is progressing as the band entered Sanden Studio in Kristiansand on April 17th.

Today the band posted the first in a series of studio reports that will follow the progress of the album. The first report includes videos of drummer Tybalt laying down the drum tracks, as well as a series of photos by guitarist Tchort. Check it out at this location.

With the drum tracks now recorded, the next job will be to create a rough mix, ready for the guitars and bass to be recorded later this week. Recording and producing the album is Endre Kirkesola, who is the band’s sound engineer in both the studio and live.

Formed late last year by former Carpathian Forest guitarists Tchort and BloodPervertor, The 3rd Attempt's lineup includes Kaahrl Ødemark on vocals and Tybalt on drums.
